By accessing and using the services provided by ZMK Logistics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

2. Services and Quoting

All quotes provided through this website are preliminary and subject to physical verification of inventory and operational parameters. Final pricing is governed by the signed Warehouse Services Agreement between ZMK Logistics and the Client.

3. Liability and Insurance

While ZMK Logistics maintains standard insurance for its facilities, clients are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for inventory stored within our premises unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Compliance and Safety

ZMK Logistics reserves the right to refuse storage of hazardous, illegal, or improperly documented materials that violate CBSA or national safety standards.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
